Reporting section is pathetic. They feel only they are busy and patients have plenty of time to roam around them for reports. There is no specific process for report dispatch or collection when you are going for reimbursement claim. Each representative will give their own process and parent should struggle to follow one cos no one will stick to one process. My son was admitted in this hospital due to dengue and after 6 days they discharged. The treatment was okay but when i went collect some missing bills TPR, they asked me to come on one more day, 2nd day they asked me to fill some form and asked me pay some amount again they asked me to come on 3rd day. I really dont understand what the staf feel about themselves. I know they are managing humongous patients but they cant make the patient to walk in to hospital again and again just to share one bill.
