Service

Asks for way more delivery charge exceeding beyond the bill than required or deserves, arrogant behavior from the delivery person
We had complained earlier too, they were not demanding for a while but this is happening again...

A New Gas Connection

Dear Sir,

I wish to apply a new gas connection (16/06/2012) at Madhu Gas Agency (Indane) Shop No 102-103, 1st Floor, Verdhman Appenzell Plaza, Kondli, Mayur Vihar Phase-3, Delhi, Delhi - 110096.

but, they said that every time
"New Gas connection will be start next month" but they not start till date.

therefore, i getting lots of problem due to gas connection.

I am Vineet Sharma residing in 26 A Pkt II Mayur Vihar Phase III and wanted to have LPG Gas Connection to be issued under my name for which I have tried to apply to my nearest Gas Agency (Madhu Gas Agency) but they are not accepting the document that I providing I have a rent agreement as I am living in a rented house I am also providing my all kind of I.D proofs.............

Non response to phone calls

I have taken the gas connection from M/s. Madhu Gas Agency,Mayur Vihar Phase-3, Kondli, Delhi . Since one week i tried to book the cylinder through phone Nos.[protected] & [protected]. But ,it went vain since always phone is busy and no response at all.So, it becomes very difficult to get contact the gas agency authorities. kindly look into this please...

Irregular supply of cylinder

Dear sir/madam,
I have booked my LPG 20 days back and I have not received it still. This has been happening for quiet some time. When I receive the cylinder, the bill will show a much earlier issue date and the bill will be torn. My consumer no. is 25930 and the agency is located in Shantinagar, Bangalore. I'am facing lot of inconvinience due to this.
