recently we have done a repair for our laptop at the maha electronics, indiranagar branch and so far we are having a very bad experience. their response is very poor. despite several calls to them still they never revert back with any update on the given laptop. their charges for components are very high as compare to market. they are not doing a good job and soon they should be replaced with some other service provider otherwise HP will...

unnecessary replacement of parts
Last week I gave my laptop for service at a HP service centre on St Peters Road in Chennai. The hinge of the lid had broken for some reason and the usual CMOS error which occurs almost every six months were the complaints. It is common practice to replace the mother board in that case.
