Hi,
I have just taken delivery of a Mahindra Bolero SLX from India Garage, Mysore and have done only 2 K kilometers and the rear suspension spring leaves have become faulty with a lot of noise and needed replacement. I have complained to India Garage Mysore but they are very irresponsible in getting the part replaced. Kindly Intervene.

But after purchesing I see that the viechle is painted and when I enquired about this then I found that the viechle is over painted and damaged body about 50%.It is an accidential viechle.Then I complaint to the showroom dealer but they was not taken any action.I want to exchange or return my viechle.Please give us the right way and take action about this.

This is the complaint regarding my bolero slx that when iam visited servicing of my bolero in the authorized service centre there i faced a problem of some parts related to lock gate actually what happen with me there they opened the gate lock and given to me by saying that this part is not available on showroom and please you purchase it from outside and it is in warranty.

I have deposit DD of RS 6.40 lakhs on dated 11th June,2010 to M/S Anand Motors ,Thana Road,Daltongang but till date the vehicle is not available inspite of several reminders.
I have loose Rs 15000 per month as interest of Bank Loan as well as i am in mental disturbances.
The dealer repetedly said that it will come within two or three days.

Change of Original Parts
I bought a new bolero slx on 30th june 2009. It met an accident on 3rd july 2009 and after that we send it for repair at "Star automobile Ambikapur" (Mahinda Workshop) I got it repaired after 4 months in october but later on I came to know that many of its original parts are replaced by old damaged parts (like AC compressor,tyres etc.) and the original new parts has been sold by workers of service centre.
