[Resolved]  Mahindra Bolero SLX — service centre

This is the complaint regarding my bolero slx that when iam visited servicing of my bolero in the authorized service centre there i faced a problem of some parts related to lock gate actually what happen with me there they opened the gate lock and given to me by saying that this part is not available on showroom and please you purchase it from outside and it is in warranty.
Resovle my problem as soon as possible .

Dear Sir,
I Like to Share My Grievances’ About the New Bolero S L X which I Purchased with Great Expectations and Hopes, but I was Hardly Mistaken! Even after Purchase Two Bolero’s and This Being my Third, I am Totally Upset and my Hopes are Broken after Using the New Bolero SLX.
I am Mailing this Letter with a Heavy Heart. All my Hopes and Trust in the Mahindra Company Has been Totally Dropped. I did never expect such an Attitude From Your Company.
My Confidence and Belief in Your Company has been Totally Shredded, after being hurt so hardly I would never ever Recommend THE NEW BOLERA SLX to any of My Friends.
I am a Person who always liked to get the best in life, which I Attuned through my Hard Work. I am a man who Drove many Different vehicles for the post 20 years and was satisfied after opting for a Bolero. No one can use a Vehicle like me. I am Proud to say that I am a man who can use a vehicle to the Maximum.
I would like to say that I have given my Bolero to my Friends and Relatives to use as a Demo Vehicle; this was because I Loved the Bolero and Satisfaction I got on driving it and Never thought of any Other Vehicle. I was the Happiest when my Friends told me that truly have looked a Bolero, but my hopes were shattered after I Purchased the NEW BOLERO SLX and all my Trust and Satisfaction had Gone after Using it.
Yes I like to give my Feedback and Complaints about the NEW BOLERO SLX which I Purchased a month ago from C.A.I Industries Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.
I own X Bolero the First one Purchased in 2008 March (TN 38 AS 5826) and the 2nd one in 2011 March (TN 38 BH 0606) This NEW BOLERO SLX being my Third and since it was an UPGRADED MODEL; I had a Lot of Expectation.

I Drove my First Bolero for More than 1, 70, 000 Km. within 3 Years, and I felt the Real Power of it and was Fully Satisfied and Convinced, so when I come to Know about the NEW BOLERO SLX I was Really Waiting and though it would be a Better Model than my Old Bolero. I thought my Satisfaction would be two fold on using the New Bolero, But from the very First day after purchasing it, I Started confronting a lot of Problems and flows.
My hopes were increased by your Salesmen who misguided me about the new bolero, saying that it being an upgraded one, will give my more Mileage than old bolero. The main Reason is that I was totally fooled by your Company and I have learnt a very better lesson from your Attitude, which I deeply regret to inform you.
My choice to Purchase the NEW BOLERO was that it was an Upgraded Model and had Better Features than Old Model, and I was never given a chance to even Test Drive the Vehicle, which I should have done but due to the trust and belief in your Company, I just purchased the NEW BOLERO SLX.
I can prove that the NEW BOLERO SLX which you call as an Upgraded Version is a Degraded graded Version of the BOLERO.
At this point of being fooled and after Losing all my Hopes and Satisfaction about the NEW BOLERO I can prove to this Particular Model is not an Upgraded Model and would never recommend this Model to anyone.
I was more convinced about the new bolero after your people from pune, who met me discussed about the Up graded Version for nearly 3 hours. On using the NEW BOLERO SLX for nearly a Month, I have tested all the Difficulties I have faced.
I. There is no Driving Comfort in this Vehicle; unlike my old model, I did not gain any comfort and Satisfaction. After driving my old vehicle for nearly 1, 70, 000 kms. I have not gained any comfort that I expensive in my old vehicle.
II. On the Second Gear the Vehicle is rarely moving and a lot of difficulty in felt most off and on a speed breaker it doesn’t even move when the second gear falls, which is really trust rating on a I way road, No one well like to be dumped in the middle of a flow of heavy traffic. I have also taken and purified your service manager about the flows, which he has also agreed on. It is very trust rating and irritating on a high way.
III. On a rough road there is a lot of rattling in the stirring wheel, which make me wonder wheatear I am driving a bolero on a Bullock cart. So for this I called the C.A.I industries and told them about the problem twice. The just time they took the Vehicle but returned it on doing nothing, the same sound presented, so called up the D.G.M and met him personally, and told him about the difficulties, he in turn drove my Vehicle and fully agreed to all what I told him, and took care to see that the noise of the stirring rattling was arrested fully, I was totally blown off about the care he took and also of his Immediate Action. After a lot of Trouble this First Problem was Solved
IV. The Second Problem is that after the driver adjusts his Seat to his Comfort there is practically no Space for the Legs at the Next Seat (i.e.) the one behind the Driver’s Seat. This was also proved to your Service Manager. This made me Measure the Length of the Bolero which was done with a Heavy Heart.
V. There are a lot of flows in the upholstery. On the Ceiling one could clearly see some type of lumps and the pasting was not done up to the mark. This brought down the Inner look very odd and Untimely. There was not a Master’s hand where the Upholstery of the BOLERO is concerned.
VI. When I wanted to use the Reverse guan, I got badly hurt on my Thimbu, the Reverse gear and hand boreal knobs dash each other on being used which is a great draw back and this makes me feel very uncomfortable when I have to use them.
This draw back shows what type of designers you have. I regret this totally because I have not faced this problem in any other Vehicle that I have used so fast in 20 years.
VII. When there are Seven or Eight People in the Bolero and when Travelling on a high Surface or uphill, the body of the Bolero rules on the back tyre giving out a Sound, which is very scary. In my old vehicle I never felt such a problem even though many use to travel in it. It is very sickening on the road to be confronted with such a problem.
VIII. There are many colors of lights, but you have chosen RED Lights for the Dashboard, Red light Signifies Danger and not everyone will want to keep looking on the red light that blink on the dashboard for the Media Player, Petrol etc. Red is not an apt color and I thinking it is sheer foolishness and stupidity to choose red as a color for light on the dash board.
IX. When the NEW BOLERO and the OLD BOLERO and parked next to each other, one can see the difference, the bedding, front and back bumper and wheel top, all are of the same as the body, this makes it look Really awkward. The old model was better.

I can fully prove that your Company has reduced the manufacturing Cost and has raised the vehicle’s Cost, but the Version as you call an upgraded one is not at all to the mark. It is not worth the high cost and Appreciation.
It is not at all a Bolero it is falsely called as an upgraded model of the Bolero. This Particular model can bring down the name and fame of the Bolero among the Customers and my mail is an apt & proof for it.
I have done a Big Mistake, I could have purchased a better model of a vehicle, but because I had trust, belief and bought the upgraded model thinking it would be better than my OLD BOLERO.
No way will I recommend the NEW BOLERO to any of my friends and I have totally lost all faith in your Company. I was totally fooled my you’re Company, which I regret.
I was duped by the Mahindra Company and I don’t have the mind to sell this vehicle to anyone. That is below my principles and I am not a person who will give false hopes to anyone about the NEW BOLERO SLX. It is below my dignity.
I am mailing this Letter to you with a heavy heart and full of regrets.

With Reference to my previous letter dated 09/11/2011 which was send to your company, I have not received any reply (or) any response from your company connection with my letter so far. At the same time you have not objected to my letter from which I Inferred that you have agreed to all the flaws that I have put down in reference to your vehicle NEW BOLERO SLX 2011
It’s been almost a month since I made my complaints to your company but I have received nothing other than an advice from you. That stating that you look in to my problem and that I would be satisfied with your services, but to tell you the fact it’s just a false hope that you have given me.
I have not received any services from your side so far. Lately I have experienced a problem as cropped up in my vehicle.
The problem is that when I am driving at a speed of 50 kms. and there is a need to remove my foot from the accelerator which means I have reduce my speed vehicle speed doesn’t tend to reduce, it tends to raise instead or it continues to travel at the same speed without me touching the accelerator.
In view to this problem I have already met the DGM of service Mr. SANGAMESHWARAN and Mr. RAMESH who is the representative of the Mahindra company I have discussed particular problem with them.
To prove to you about this problem I had a bad experience with my vehicle the very next day when I was entering in to my home without Using the accelerator the vehicle raised and collided in to my compound wall for which I had a lot of damages and your company has rectified the damages and has given my vehicle back for this act the DGM service Mr.SANGAMESHWARAN has to appreciated.
Coming back to my problem of the raising speed I have already spoken was no use in spite of me putting this problem to him he was very lethargic and very irresponsibly told me that he forget about this particular problem, that I put to him so from that very day he doesn’t answer my call and this particular behavior is not suitable for a genuine company like Mahindra. This type of behavior from your side will not create a good will for your company.
With reference to my already stated problem this particular problem is a great risk factor not only for me driving the BOLERO but also the general public, so I in no ways of condition or am ready to drive the NEW BOLERO.
In case you and your company object to the entire problem put before you about the NEW BOLERO which you says is an upgraded model, I and this particular BOLERO are ready to discuss and argue in front of the automobile experts. I can prove to them that all my stated problem or true and nothing and no action taken from your company side till date.
Last but not the least I have faced a lot of problem and experienced a lot of mental torture which in no way as been very help full to me and my business and I have lost all the hopes in your company which I had. Want to let you again and hope that you would at least do something in the near future.

Mahindra Bolero SLX — about inner fogging

there is no internal d-foging system in the vehical or no air passage through front dash board gril towards front glass, bcoj of that driving in winter is very dificult n risky. spending 7 lakh become useless
I HOPE THAT MOHINDRA CO. WILL SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

I purchased one NEW BOLERO SLX in October, 2012. Out of these few months, 6 times for more than 10 days the vehicle was in Authorized service center. The first problem is that, the vehicle keep on acceleration and speed if I remove my leg from the accelerator. After repairing the problem is not solved and now more problems for the vehicle . The accelerator suddenly cut off while driving and the power windows are not working . Cutting off the accelerator is very dangerous and by God's blessing only I escape from a dig accident. Since I am not able to drive the vehicle now it is taken to the authorized service center The latest report is that the ECU to be replaced, and waiting for the spare for last five days. I feel that these people are not able to resolve the problem since it manufacturing defect and they will bring back the vehicle as is, as they did many time before.
