Mumbai Foreign Post Office Complaints & Reviews

I have ordered a product from aliexpress and now it is in my state but it is held in mumbai foreign post office for no reason and after tracking the package this message "retained by border agency/secu | retention reason : retained by customs for unspecified reason" is showing on india post website.

Please help me with this regard asap. I'm waiting for the parcel to released soon.

My package contains a microphone and stand.

From few days the tracking information is not updated.

Please provide prompt solution to this issue, the package only contains 🎤 microphone and nb32 is a stand nothing else....

An international package (Uj[protected]us) was received by the foreign post office on june 28th 2018. The same package has to be delivered to my residence in gurgaon through post office but despite the lapse of 3 months, the same has not been received. The local post has verbally said that no package is pending at their end and the foreign post offic is saying that the same is not at their end either. Hence both departments are not providing...

This is not complaint actually. I have sent 2 parcels from UK through 'International signed for' to Nagpur. Actually they said it will reach within 3 days at Nagpur. But still they didnt receive it as it is already 7 days now.. Need update now as i paid for speed post.
