The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

My self pranav bhatt . I am from ahmedabad. this is all about capital
market certificates. i have cleared capital market certification exams ( NCFM).
till now i was working with broking houses for about three years. as per the rule. when we leave any broking house.. itself only NCFM certificates withdraw or become disable from that perticulat broking house.

WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE USED NCFM Certificate

I am working with Leading stock Broking house, Our head Office informed me that my NCFM ( capital & derivatives ) No. [protected] were being used with other broking companies. I would like to know which stock broking company is using my certificate so that I can claim compensation. Awaiting for your reply.
