Dear sir, last, 4 months you have been stopped gas cylinder due to the variation of address. For that I have produced my address proof, id proof, and gas book but so for I have not received cylinder and your all so blocked my gas booking facilities through my mobile no [protected]. Kindly take necessary action at an early date and oblige....
