I personally contacted mobikwik costumer support team through facebook several times from 24 may till today, but no proper response received from team. I've done 2 transactions on https://www.sastasundar.com using mobikwik wallet, and both transaction got failed. Under mobikwik transaction history also it is clearly visible, but mobikwik is not refunding my money.

There was a demand of rs5940/- due to technical issue at their website while transferring from wallet. I paid through neft rs.5940/- and i also mentioned utr no. Even after they deducted my wallet a/c saying they received 5490/- i have send the debit message of rs.5940/- but now they are not giving any response or reply.
