[Resolved]  One Mobikwik Systems Pvt. Ltd — balance not refunded for failed transaction

I personally contacted mobikwik costumer support team through facebook several times from 24 may till today, but no proper response received from team. I've done 2 transactions on https://www.sastasundar.com using mobikwik wallet, and both transaction got failed. Under mobikwik transaction history also it is clearly visible, but mobikwik is not refunding my money.
Transaction done on 24 may and today is 30 may. Almost 6 days gone, for failed unsuccessful transaction we get auto refund in 24 hours, but i've not received any refund till now. Kindly, refund balance to wallet.
Order amount 301x2: 602.
