Hi,

We bought a Sofa set worth Rs.23000 from Orange Woods - a unit of Orange Properties Banahe swadi outlet. This we did based on the Print Ad in Times of India wherein they promised a Site for purchases over and above Rs.20000.
Now after constant follow-up's and innumerable visits to the Shop all we got is a very rude response from the staff. The latest is that police have seized the shop at Banaswadi.

I had ordered Orange Furniture based on Orange Promotion in Times of India and other papers that land is free along with purchase of Sofa set.
- I paid for the Sofa on 22nd March 2009. The amount is Rs28344. Sofa was to be delivered within 4 weeks.
- When they did not deliver the sofa even after 2 months, I sought the money back
- They said they will pay the money as they had problems with the carpenter and sofa manufacturerbr...

Would like to bring to your kind notice that I have purchase a Sofa Set Model no 0W - 005 (Black Leather Sofa Set with Centertable) from Orange Woods Outer RIng Road Show room, Doda Banaswadi on 18th of Jan 2009.For the same I have paid Rs.11249.00 through my credit card.In the Bill they have mentioned delivery within 3 weeks.But after several follow ups with them I am failed to received my Sofa Set or the Refund...

We had booked 2 sofa sets on the 02/08/2008, paid in full for one and advance for the other and were promised delivery on 12/08/2008 but even as on date (19/08/2008) we have not received the sofa.i think i have spoken to all the showroom staff and the office staff who have nothing else but lies to give as reasons.they have one of the busiest senior manager shaji thomas who i think will get into the guiness book for having the maximum number...

I have ordered furniture on 6th of May and have not received it till date. I made the full payment as well for it. Every single person in the company is a cheat and master at manipulating the data.
