[Resolved]  Orange Woods — Fraud,Harrasment

We had booked 2 sofa sets on the 02/08/2008, paid in full for one and advance for the other and were promised delivery on 12/08/2008 but even as on date (19/08/2008) we have not received the sofa.i think i have spoken to all the showroom staff and the office staff who have nothing else but lies to give as reasons.they have one of the busiest senior manager shaji thomas who i think will get into the guiness book for having the maximum number of continuous non stop meetings in a day.He is the height of arrogance and doesnt even apologise for being late, all that he did when i spoke to him once was buy time again, god only knows how these kind of people are retained for looking after business. There have been at least 150 calls i have made during the last 1.5 months to get the sofa delivered, i am fed up not with losing money but having got the feeling of being cheated, i would like the entire forum to get together and do something in such a way this does not happen to anyone else.and that this shop realises that the indian customer is not a fool and cant be cheated, even if he has become gullible once.
