I ordered a black forest cake of 500kg for rs 600 order id-53971 on april 24th 2017. And the payment was done online. It confirmed payment accepted by ebs. But it is not delivered by expected date. We have ordered for Black forest Eggless - 1kg for a value of Rs.1098.00 (Reference - FDCKEL028). The same was received at 1710 hrs. When we opened the big cake packet for cake cutting on the occasion of my daughter's birthday, we found a small cake. On weighing the same, it was found to be 500 gm instead of 1 kg.

This is quite unacceptable. After paying Rs. 1098.00, we get the service we got then OYC does not have any credibility....
