I ordered a black forest cake of 500kg for rs 600 order id-53971 on april 24th 2017. And the payment was done online. It confirmed payment accepted by ebs. But it is not delivered by expected date. So, i cancelled the order. It has been 4 weeks and they have not initiated the refund till now. When i tried reaching them, they are not even picking the call. Please do respond. I have been trying to reach out orderyourchoice customer care since 25
Th april however even after multiple attempts i have not been able to reach any one to get my concern addressed so far,
Kindly look into this and get my issues resolved asap.
