transaction failed - amount not yet refund
Dear Sir,
I have tried to place order with osimindia on 10/05/18, Paid Rs. 3700 through my Axis bank net banking. The amount was debited in my account but the transaction was failed and osim also did not received the amount.
Here is the confirmaton mail form my bank.

I have tried to place order with osimindia on 10/05/18, Paid Rs. 3700 through my Axis bank net banking. The amount was debited in my account but the transaction was failed and osim also did not received the amount.
