The Postman(Narsimha) is not delivering posts not properly and he is not at all working and not doing his job,
I have lost 3 time bank related documents not delivered properly.
How to raise a complaint against to this....

Hello sir, in my area postman never comes to my house since i deny to give him money for already paid posts. And he threatened me that he will never come to our house with any post and he didn't came. When i called him to come and deliver the post, he simply said "no". Respected Sir / Madam I would like to bring in to your notice that on 23rd September 2015 your postman Named : Ashok Kumar came to my place to deliver, passport and he demand a bribe of Rs.400 - 500 (And he say like kharcha Pani).
