Sir, I am an govt. official working for Hindustan Petroleum Corpn. Ltd., at Bandra office. I commute everyday from Vile Parle (E) to my office on my two-wheeler. This is to bring to your kind notice that i was wrongly challaned today for 'tinted glasses', while i was on my way to my residence at vaishali, ghaziabad.
