Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked my gas cylinder on 18th Oct but still I do not received the cylinder, and many times call to agency and customer care but all the time theirs number are shown busy, so how we can reach to them ? and how we people can manage the problem ? while I am taking one cylinder approximate in 1.5 month in spite of this they are not making supply the cylinder.
Please do the needful.

This is for lodging a complaint against the Indane Gas Agency : Rainbow Gas Service;Shop No 141;HUDA MARKET Sec - 28 Faridabad
These agency never picks up the landline or mobile which has been circulated to all.
Even mobile no given for leakage complaint is never picked up.
This is highly unprofessional & what does one do if somebody has an emergency???
