I had placed an order for a domestic product and paid full amount of Rs.450 on 4-Feb-2021. However, I did not received the product and there was no communication. Hence, please refund the full amount with bank interest to the payment source account.

I have applied for Fastag on 25th December, 2020 and paid Rs 1, 500/- for the same. Till now fastag is not received. When contacted HDFC Bank said that Fastage charges are Rs 500/- but not Rs 1500/-.. this might have gone to fake account..!!???
