my name MOHMMAD NIYAZ
and my gsm service contact no.is[protected]
reliance cheated and fraud me by deducing my balance upto 150rs within 2 weeks
i recharged gsm sim 2 times with talk time of 120rs each week within seven days of my recharge i found my balance became null.last time recharged on[protected] of 120rs and n the date[protected] when i checked my account i found it totally null and when i contact them they refund me only 10rs...

My Reliance Broadband and phone line connection was dead from 19th September 2014, i have been chasing the customer care and appellate authority, but everytime they have been closing my complaints without any resolution, some of the complaint details are as below, the connection is stìll dead.
