Inexcusable horrible Billing

This is in reference to my high speed data card with following details-

Reliance High Speed Data Card bearing No.[protected] with corresponding account No.[protected].

I think Reliance has the worst ever cooperation between its sales team and billing team.It has been around 6 months since I have discontinued your service.

I had gone to your store at adyar several times to first ask your company...

Reliance data card disconnect and billing issue

I was using reliance high speed data card for past 1+ year, unlimited plan @ 850₹ per month. I request for disconnect at Dec 20012 because the connection was not as promised the speed was too slow and really unusable. After few days my connection was down and number got terminated every thing look fine till now. Suddenly one day (25 Apr 2013) I get a legal notice from reliance communication saying that I have to PAY DUE AMOUNT OF 1,400₹...

Not activated after 15 days also

Hi,

I purchaged Reliance High speed Data Card on Sep 1st 2009 till the date(18th Sep 2009) it is not activated.
I submitted required documents at the time of puchage and after that one Reliance person came to my home again I submitted requested documents even then its not activated. I called so many times to Reliance call center([protected]) for complaing the same, no action has been taken. I never thought
