Hi Team,

I had made the request for unistallation of my jio postpaid broadband connection[protected] and account number[protected]. Jio service engineer came to my apartment and collected the router and took my bank account details to process the refund of the security deposit on 21 Sep 2022. However i have not received the refund till date. Even after multiple followups with the customer care i have not received my refund...

When i order food or products from swiggy always their all delivery boy behave rudely and irresponsible and also shouted always at me please swiggy teach or train them how to behave to costumers .they just behave rudely and we costumers does nothing as swiggy dont accept cash on delivery and we pay through paytm we have no other option to hear that rude behaviour and tolerate it but now t

I have raised jiofiber cancellation request 4 times, 3 times request auto closed without calling me and now 4th time i have talked to two customer executives today and confirmed cancelation still my jiofiber request closed again 4th time. i have 2 call recordings of the same also they asked me to retain service but i denied and asked for immediate cancelation.
I want disconnection immediately....

I received a Jio voucher of worth Rs. 200/-. While recharging, when I was using the voucher, it got declined and recharge also failed. Now voucher is showing as used. Please resolve the issue and give me my recharge voucher back....

I got Jio Fiber trial offer on 1st April 2021 for Rs 1500 (Rs 500 security deposit + Rs 1000 installation charges) under which I was told that I will get a full money refund if I request uninstallation within 1 month.
