I am a Jio Fiber customer. I have recharged to Jio Fiber services for the 999 plan including GST I have paid Rs.1178.92/- The plan includes internet service along with 13 OTT apps. One of the 13 available apps is Amazon Prime. Since my last recharge on 4th Jul 2021, Amazon Prime is not working and is asking to pay 999/- for annual subscription.

We travel from Manesar to Sonipat on KMP once or twice every week. It used to be a pleasant ride mostly with less & discipline traffic. We are not recharge our number to spoil our money. Is jio know that we are not consume jio service in free? Why you harrasment us? My jio fiber connection is not working since 4 days and it is impacting the work from home. The engineers are everyday bluffing that the issue will be resolved today/tomorrow. They have even stopped picking up calls and that is not enough they have even closed the case i opened for this issue as "resolved". Kindly take appropriate action.
