I have made a payment of the above compliant subject in favor of reliance infrastructure ltd(Electricity bill for the month of Sept, 2015 . The amount has been debited to my bank account(SBI-NET banking).
Further i receive a message mentioning that the payment is unsuccessful.

Issue two no. PAN Card
I have received Permanent Account Number - ACUPY4011F but the same PAN card father's name couldn't define correctly then again i filled the new form & enclosed th photocopy of old PAN Card.
Now, I got new PAN card - ACVPY467F with father's name so
Kindly cancel my previos PAN card having no ACUPY4011F....
