I, mrs. Nalini dubey, resident of kanpur, u. P h. No.117/155 a-m block, kakadeo has purchased an ac. Model no. Wac 1.5t3s rhwag1501 in the name of rachit dubey, on 6.2.14. After two years, the gas leaked and i lodged a complain where the ac was taken by the swaroop nagar service centre.
After making ennumber cal's, my ac was installed again after one long month.

I have compained on july 24 complaint no. [protected] for my fully automatic washing machine 6.2 kg which is covered under RESQ plan. The techinician came after two days said that some parts has to be replaced and within a day or two will be get it done. but since then i am constanly following up with CC, calling them but there is no response. i am facing lots of problems.
