Reliance Reconnect — Tablet not repaired even after 3 months. | |||
I have purchased Reliance Reconnect tablet(RPTB0703), but it is not working .I had submited tablet at bhimavaram service center( reliance digital store, geetha multiplex, job sheet no:602)even after 3 months passed my tablet still not repaired. service team always tell me that you will get your tablet in 4-5 days.I just fade up of your service. They doesn't respond properly. They are irresponsible.they told me while purchasing they will take care of everything but now they don't care.I would like to request you to look into this issue and either repair it properly or if not possible, please replace it with new tab. Power button didn't working, I have already inform them but they didn't response. Product is now dead condition near about 15 Days.Apart from that I repeatedly told them but at this moment I am horrible condition for where to go and where my product is Repairing. Model No: RPADG[protected], Sl No: D[protected].

My invoice has been fainted and don't have any copy of it... I want to increase the warrenty of my window ac... Please provide me a copy of it. As i am unable to get my invoice no and other details i am not able to get it done.
