I, mrs. Nalini dubey, resident of kanpur, u. P h. No.117/155 a-m block, kakadeo has purchased an ac. Model no. Wac 1.5t3s rhwag1501 in the name of rachit dubey, on 6.2.14. After two years, the gas leaked and i lodged a complain where the ac was taken by the swaroop nagar service centre.
After making ennumber cal's, my ac was installed again after one long month.
Now in the month of august, again the gas leaked and the unit was carried by the service centre and lying there since a month. After repeated follow ups today i. E 28.9 17 i am told that the coil which has to be replaced has been sent wrong thrice blythe company.
I am also told to take the depricit money as the part is not there with the company. With great regression i would like to say that reliance is not a company to be trusted at all. They make fool of the customers. I do not want the depricition amount but the company should either pay my full amount or replace the unit.
It is very shameful on the part of such great company.
Immediate and serious action should be taken
