SMS pack deactivation

I wish to get my sms 39 pack since last month. When message comes from 51234 to sms deact pack39 to 53739 if i don't want to continue it, i send sms many times, immediately a message comes "message retries over" means message never goes. Next day they deduct Rs. 39 from my account. Today also i am trying the same. But message is not going. No menu available in customer care no. for complaints. If today this activation message...

unwanted packages

I have taken Reliance Smart prepaid connection and I used to get unwanted calls as well as packages then I applied for DND more than 45 days from now but still i am getting the same unwanted calls and packages due to which Rs.50/- was deducted from my prepaid balance. Earliar I lost around Rs.200/-
in the same unwanted packages. I have made so many complains to the service provider but of no use. Now I am fade up and i want to lodge...

regarding deducting cash from my smart balance without any subscribe

Greeting from puri, orrissa.i am a customer of your company since long the bearing Mob:no [protected], but i do not undrstand that whenever i am putting my balance more in my mobile, the customer care of your company just cuttining down my cash by saying that you have subscribe the movie masala pack, which i did not subscribe at all & i do not want to do that, This matter already happens for two, three times till date.so...

Lost Sim Complaint.

I'm using Smart Card "Pre Paid Connection" since last 5 years. In early phase when I purchase this connection there was no such system for filling up form while purchasing.

Now, My Hand set is being lost on July 01, 2008 while travelling. When I asked for restrict the outgoing calls from my card the representative of reliance smart card customer care said, "that cannot be done". First you go to Police...
