i am debojit chakma using relience wimax broadband internet.i have complained so many times but still no result and no one visit my place for check
my user id is=[protected].every time when i called customer care they told it will solve within 24 hours but 24 hours never come

HI,
I am having reliance broadband wimax connection. Its been three years i am using it. After three years beacuase of some reason my network cable got damaged. I called up the customer care service and put the request. The reliance executive came to home and told me there is some shortage of network cable ,once they got network cable he will come again and resolve my problem. but unfortunately, after 2 week waiting i called customer...
