Hello we were residing in a society, where owner first told us that working professionals and bachleors are allowed in the society and after 5 days they told us that society is not allowing us as they are telling we already told owner that they cant keep bach. Or working professionals as tenants. So we were told to vacant the flat in 15-20 days only and now they are asking us for the rent otherwise they threatned us to beat us and launch...

We vacate the room but still we did are not Receive balance Advance Payment.

I am residing in a rented house and have an agreement for 2 years, i have applied for a passport and the police verification is taking place. They require NOC from the landlord which my landlord is reluctant to give saying they dont want to take any risk. Please let me know if there is any clause in the rights of a tenant for acquiring an NOC from the landlord for making important documents like passport, ration card etc....Please reply asap...

I have a serious issue with the owner as i had rentaed a individual house in bangalore btm 2nd stage on 15th sep 2012 and i was paying 7000/- as rent and had paid 50000/- as deposit money.
i got transfered to chennai by my company and as per the agreement i had informed the owner 1 month in advance.

I searched for rental house for more than 3-4 months and a broker got me ahouse in royapettah,
i shifted my house on Feb 5 th. I gave the advance on 18th of jan.
on 6th night around 11 pm.
the owner called me and asked me to vacate the house.
