Hi,
I have a serious issue with the owner as i had rentaed a individual house in bangalore btm 2nd stage on 15th sep 2012 and i was paying 7000/- as rent and had paid 50000/- as deposit money.
i got transfered to chennai by my company and as per the agreement i had informed the owner 1 month in advance.
the owner said that he will deduct 3 months rent plus 7000/- for the cleaning charges
As per the agreement that he had it was no where mentioned that he can deduct 3 months of rent.
i had taken a loan from the company to pay the deposit and now i am in chennai and i am having difficulty to pay the deposit here as i do not have funds.
The owner has only returned 18000/- where as i should get 43000 in hand.
please help me
