[Resolved] Rental House — NOC not given | |||
I am residing in a rented house and have an agreement for 2 years, i have applied for a passport and the police verification is taking place. They require NOC from the landlord which my landlord is reluctant to give saying they dont want to take any risk. Please let me know if there is any clause in the rights of a tenant for acquiring an NOC from the landlord for making important documents like passport, ration card etc....Please reply asap Was this information helpful? | |||
