Order id is[protected] and i have order this for daily milk delivery on 14th April. But till now i did not received any email or any phone call from any one that from when going to start delivery.
So that's why i want to cancel my order ASAP. Kindly cancel my order ASAP and let me know, otherwise i will take legal action and the necessary step against you....

[protected] order placed month ago. No delivery and no refund of money. Have you pocketed the money ?? Why are doing cheating business instead of start begging.

Order[protected] was placed on 27th March and ~ 2000 rupees payment was done to start the milk delivery service. AT the time of ordering the promise date was 2nd April. And today date is 29th April. Waiting to get delivery or any update....

I made a payment to 24x7 fresh for delivering milk for amount Rs. 972 vide order no.[protected] on 11th April 2016. I double checked with the customer care and ordered very cautiously. It was to start delivering in 3 days, then by 19th and then by 24th April. I was convinced of refund in case they did not. The reason for delay was cited as the area manager leaving by the same chap who always took calls on the customer care number[protected]br...

I have order for milk subscription on 7th feb, 2016 from 24x7fresh.In. I never received the milk. It was told that we are a startup and facing issue in setting up the delivery points but will deliver milk soon. Still milk was not delivered.

I told them to cancel the order and radhika told that cancellation is under process in march. Still i have not received the refund. Please look into this.

I placed an order for 0.5 litre x 4 milk packets for one month for inr 2700/- as they provided a promotion scheme. However, they have not delivered any milk. They stopped responding on phone, email and also blocked me on facebook page. I have reported through the consumer forum. I had placed an order for milk delivery to my residence ( Mumbai ) on 24x7fresh.in. Dated 26th Dec 2015. it was suppose to begin from 16 Jan 2016. I got a message due to some issues it will start on 1st Feb later got to know they will not be launching in Mumbai and will refunding the money to our accounts.

I haven't received my refund, tried calling customer care but keep get a message " representative...
