I made a payment to 24x7 fresh for delivering milk for amount Rs. 972 vide order no.[protected] on 11th April 2016. I double checked with the customer care and ordered very cautiously. It was to start delivering in 3 days, then by 19th and then by 24th April. I was convinced of refund in case they did not. The reason for delay was cited as the area manager leaving by the same chap who always took calls on the customer care number[protected]

The emails are never reverted to and now the phone is also not answered as the recorder says that office is closed.

This looks complete fraud and bad
