I placed an order for 0.5 litre x 4 milk packets for one month for inr 2700/- as they provided a promotion scheme. However, they have not delivered any milk. They stopped responding on phone, email and also blocked me on facebook page. I have reported through the consumer forum. A mail has been sent out to them claiming the refund of money with interest + nominal penalty [protected]@24x7fresh.In and [protected]@24x7fresh.In. Hope the company will at least compensate. They are pure cheaters who have found a unique way to loot people and dupe them of their hard earned money. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Same here. Initially they said that they shall start delivering and then there is no delivery. It has been a month. Can you share process that you followed to get your money back ?

I am also a victim . Have already paid them in advance. Waiting for my refund . I ordered for 1 Ltrs of milk for 30 days on 27th Apr, 16, After lot of follow ups, they said they will start from 3rd May. Today is 5th May and I have no response.
