I have given my scorpio car ( having car number MH31DV3111) on date 7 august 2013 for servicing at provincial automobile company pvt. lit. ,Nagpur. and today is 16 august 2013 .
I had ask number of times about my car in servicing center but they always talk very rudely and always give excuses. It is not the right way to talk with customer. They did not tell me what was happened to my car. Even before my car parts was threatened....

I own a Scorpio reg.no.OR 13G 1234 bought 2 years back. The power window of the vehicle is faulty a have sent to your dealer utkal automobile many a times but the somehow temporarily rep.and have been charging every time but in few days the same fault resurfaces.
