[Resolved]  scorpio — car parts

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am heaving Mahindra Scorpio model-2010. Vehicle no- GJ-11-S-6822. My problem is that I require some parts for my car. Before 2 months I went to your Rajkot Mahindra branch I didn’t get any response from your employee and also didn’t get single one parts from there till the date. I contact to senior officer so many time but got same answer “NO PARTS AVILABLE, WHEN IT WILL COME WE WILL CONTACT YOU.” And when I ask about particular time and date then senior officer told shocking answer that “PARTS WILL NOT COME, WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO DO YOU CAN DO, AND CONTACT TO YOUR CAR DEALER, I AM NOT YOUR SERVENT TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CAR PARTS.”
If customer gets this type of answer from your dealers as well as your RAJKOT branch, so, tell me what should I have to do.?
I called on this no[protected] three times one guy given me another number[protected] on this number still I am trying to call but no one is pick upping the call. What’s the hell is going on in your company. If I will not get any response from your side then I will directly go to the CONSUMER COURT to complain against Mahindra Company. Because your employee is teaching us to take this type of action against your company. I request to suspend that type of officers from your company because if customer will not get any satisfaction then what is the use of your branches and customer care.
From today, I am accepting proper feedback from you within 3 days.
