[Resolved]  scorpio — POOR SERVICE AT M/S CHOUDHARY MOTORS(AUTHORIZED DEALER IN JMU)

Dear Sir,

I used to feel the pride owner of Scorpio untill my Car met with a road acident and I experienced a pathetic service at "M/S CHOUDHARY MOTORS JAMMU".I own a scorpio in my name with registered no as JK02AD 0951. My Scorpio was damaged in a road accident on 05/02/2009 and to your surprise work of my car is not completed as of date. We talked to owner of " M/S CHOUDHARY MOTORS JAMMU" but he paid no heed to my request. Since "M/S CHOUDHARY MOTORS " is the only authorised dealer of Mahindra in jammu, so they give least priority to customer. Work Incharge of M/S CHOUDHARY MOTORS, Mr Janak, considers himself above God and has competely forgotten that in this competitive environment only customer is the king. I feel humiliated with their customer behaviour and are bearing the inconvenience and financial loss due to their delayed service. I have spent more than Rs20000/ for rented car due to their delay. We have made our mind to go to consumer court and press
but since in this case name of your Company- "MAHINDRA AND MAHINDRA" is also involved, which is a big brand in India. So I request you to interfere in the matter and get our car repaired at the earliest and also compensate us with the mental and financial loss which we had to bear due to their delayed service and pathetic customer behaviour.

I expect prompt reply from your side other wise I will be compelled to go to the consumer court.

i have purchased scorpiolast year,and recently i met with accident to my scorpio on 29th january,but i have lost my insurance papers,how can i get that insurance company details?

scorpio — clutch not working

Sir,
Its a matter of great disappointment that the servicesof my scorpio m-hawk ( CG 12 D 3333 ) are hampered due to lack of spares in korba mahindra agency.the clutch of my vehicle is not working since last saturday i have been told that the cylinder has to be changed but it is not available and no proper response is been given that how many days more will it take to make the availability of the particular item as they say that it is not available in raigarh, raipur and bilaspur.i had also asked them to make in my knowledge in which nearest state/city the particular spare part is available, so that i will manage to bring it. but till today i.e monday there is no proper response.
Sir please take initials and gide me what should i do ?
