I am a customer of Sify Edge vide Id No - scow_712889A, Konnagar / Calcutta / West Bengal. Now I am finding that you have closed down the service of sify edge connection. My validity of connection still exists and my money is lying in your custody as e-commerce amount. I will request you to immediately arrange to refund both the fund (existing velidity time amount + e commerce amount). Please do the needful and inform me accordingly.

Regarding Bad Service

I have purchased new edge box form sify, they promised me that they will provide better service and very good customer care for life time. After me purchasing the box, no one has turned up to even install or to guide what has to be done, and the software they provide are not satisfactory.
i said them to make a little change in the software, now no one is picking up my call, nor replying my mail.
