[Resolved] SIFY Edge — Regarding Bad Service | |||
I have purchased new edge box form sify, they promised me that they will provide better service and very good customer care for life time. After me purchasing the box, no one has turned up to even install or to guide what has to be done, and the software they provide are not satisfactory. i said them to make a little change in the software, now no one is picking up my call, nor replying my mail. list of persons i have contacted is first Mr. Bhadraj (territorial manger) he never pick up my call, then Mr. Prabhu (he is the responsible person) - Never reply's my mail, Then Mr. Lokesh (Customer care in charge) only once he spoke with me, after that he never attend my call. This is how SIFY is working for the customer benefit, I AM POSTING THIS MESSAGE JUST TO MAKE AWARENESS ABOUT SIFY CARELESSNESS & DO NOT BUY THE PRODUCT . Iam also one of the sify franchise in chennai (Redhills).My Franchise ID is (iwfr_600052B) MANOHARAN NET CAFE. Last one year back i close the sify iway connection.In that Deposit money is not Refunded .After that one year sify tell to me for the new connection is launched in Sify Broadband. In that connection iam fully satisfied about that broadband connection.Presently in sify they Launched New Connection that is SIFY EDGE .Iam not satisfied in Sify Edge. because INTERNET is not connected properly, Very slow Browsing, disconnect continuously.They promised me that they will provide better service and very good customer care for life time.No one has turned up to even install or to guide what has to be done, and the software they provide are not satisfactory.i said them to make a little change in the software, now no one is picking up my call.
yar why didnt i see this message first they did same to me i bought that damn sify edge vas service thing and they didnt even add proper links every link fails to the same page and some of them end up giving msg wrong username password link air ticke... and there is no link for irctc and mobile recharge for which i bought that service they are fraud :@
