Issue with flight

There are serious issues with the business class of a350 of Singapore airlines

The main issue is

There is a metal hook on all the seats which can cut/scratch your leg badly. I haven't got any sleep as had hurt from it.

Now on checking found that metal Hook in every seat and on deep diving came to know it's in all a350 singapore airlines. Its life vest.but who ties...

My mother who is 75 years of age and a senior citizen was travelling from Mumbai to JFK via transit in Singapore in Business Class on Singapore Airlines on 18th October, 2022. On landing in JFK on 19th October, 2022 she waited for her bags to arrive but only one bag arrived out of the two she had checked in. This was informed to the SQ staff at JFK Airport and they assured her delivery of her bag in a day or two. We have been following up...

The web site crashed while booking a ticket from Mumbai to Sydney for 8th -July for my parents on[protected]. The payment for amount INR 89, 082 /- debited from my amount and no ticket was generated. Upon calling singapore airline customer care they said the payment
will automatically be refunded in 10 business days. Till today there is no refund and airlines is not able to provided correct information or feedback about this issue....

mishandling of luggage

I travelled from guangzhou to singapore on singapore airlines sq851 (Airbus a330-300) economy class on saturday 03 nov 2018 and from singapore to delhi on singapore airline sq402 economy class on sunday 04 nov 2018.
I was carrying the luggage weighing 50 kgs out of which 30 kgs was allowed with ticket and i payed 2400 rmb for extra baggage at the baiyun intl terminal 2.

poor service

In our business class travel the seats provided to us were broken and recliners were not working. My pregnant wife had a lot of problem getting up and getting every time. There was no food served to us in flight even when we requested the food to be served to us during the end of the flight. We tried resolving the issue with the airlines but with no success....

Baggage damaged and no refund provided

I traveled in singapore airlines from sydney to bangalore in business class. I have paid huge costs for tickets and i was also charged very high luggage charges (Australian dollars 550 for 10kgs).

When i received the luggage it bangalore, it was damaged. The airlines refusing to pay compensation.

I showed the damages to the airport authorities before collecting my baggage and they assured that the bangalore luggage...

Theft of valuable

A sense/doubt of my luggage been in abit doubtful condition but didn't took the matter seriously Bcz it was 3 am at night when I arrived and so left for home
After opening the luggage in the morning I found the case of missing watch worth 5digit
The box is opened/torn the watch is missing but I have the bill and guarantee/warranty card for the same.
