Dear Sir,
My Account number is[protected]VINOD N), which was a Salary A/C. Now due to debiting SMAB Chgs SEP15 OF 515.04 was debited, which was without any information. i don't have any mail informing about this SMAB+SBC charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg.
Kindly look into this matter and refund my balance.

SMAB charges. I was maintaining 5000/- balance.Though you are charging for every month. What is this. You should inform me before you charging. Please respond me....
