We order a product from rasoi shop [teleshoping] they take over one month to deliver but the delivery time shows 5 to 6 days. when the product arrives the product was defective. And when we complain about the defective piece the answer was we will replaced it with in two days. but they wont. they took 6 months but they didn't delivered . every time i call they answered it will be replaced within 2 days. but till now the product not even replaced...

I have already complained regarding faulty power juicer supplied by softel. Till date my faulty power juicer is not repaired.company done cheating with me and my emotion. if my power juicer is not repaired within two days, I haveto go in grahak suraksha....

I purchased power juicer in oct2015.
It is first time try to operate on last Sunday. It is unable to work
I called to customer Care and as per guidelines it is sent to service center.but my question is that does softel supply the faulty piece to Customer....

On January 25th , 2013, we had ordered a hand blender with chutney maker from the online website of Softel.in.
We received the pacakage 15 days later through EPP, but with the wrong item. After complaining to the company., one Mr Akshay instructed us to send back the wrong item and they will reimburse the cost of sending the package and send the correct item, and arrange for local delivery of the same item
