[Resolved] SofTEL — Product delivered damaged | |||
I got a product from Softel (Power Juicer) which was damage, I immediately call the customer service office after sale Yogesh ([protected]:- Gujarat) he said the part which is damage will be send to you and will be replaced by a service person coming to you home sine a month i got the parts but now they are telling me to go to the service center which is not possible. I spoke to the head person there name Vishal ([protected]:- Gujarat) who has promised many times i will send the service guy at your home or if not will replace you with the New Juicer but nothing has been done till yet.
