We order a product from rasoi shop [teleshoping] they take over one month to deliver but the delivery time shows 5 to 6 days. when the product arrives the product was defective. And when we complain about the defective piece the answer was we will replaced it with in two days. but they wont. they took 6 months but they didn't delivered . every time i call they answered it will be replaced within 2 days. but till now the product not even replaced nor repaired.
