Spring Hills Holiday Resort Complaints & Reviews

We have purchase a holiday package in the name of Mrs. Swati Kakade in 2014 from MG road office Pune and did the payment through card HDFC Rs. 35, 000+3800(EMI charges). we were being told that offer going on now with 0% EMI. While paying it doesnt converted to 0% they said will pay the difference by chq. We went to there office after couple months to show the CC statement the office was closed.

I have taken a holiday package from Spring Hills Holiday resort from there office in Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 13Sept2014 and had paid through Credit card Bill (Rs 3500 + Emi )
And it was clearly written told to us that amount would be refunded fully if we don’t like and it was written on the agreement.
Also I have been told that the extra charge on EMI conversion of Credit card bill will also be refunded.br...

Given 5 years Package for providing holidays in 3star to 5 Star Hotels in range of Rs. 1000 to Rs. 2000 for 4 Adults and two kids per night.
Booking details to be given atleast 30 days before for the same.

We have given booking details to them 75 days in advance for Booking in Goa but they have not given any details till 25 days and after that asked to give Rs. 2000 per couple in 3 star property and that to confirm within...
