Dear Team,
I have taken a holiday package from Spring Hills Holiday resort from there office in Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 13Sept2014 and had paid through Credit card Bill (Rs 3500 + Emi )
And it was clearly written told to us that amount would be refunded fully if we don’t like and it was written on the agreement.
Also I have been told that the extra charge on EMI conversion of Credit card bill will also be refunded.
Since almost 2 years I am following up with them but still I haven’t got my refund. Like is there are so many families who got fooled by Spring Hills.
Kindly help us to get refund. We have not even used their services.
Let me know if you require any other details.. I have many email sent to them and multiple calls but still no action
