I purchased the holiday package from Spring hills mg road pune worth 40k in nov 13. And very soon, i realized i made a life time mistake trusting on sweet words of executives over there. There service is pathetic like anything. After numerous self follows ups, i received my membership card. Droped an e-mail in June planning for holidays, not received any pro active response. Planned to go on vacation in august last, inquired, they gave reply all locations are booked and same was the reply for September.
I spoke to Jennifer ([protected] / [protected]) many times and every time she informed late taking over weeks and many followups that accomodation is not available.
Summary:
1) Whenever i plan for vacations, they would not show up by giving reason, all locations are booked
2) No pro active response, you will always follow up and even then you would need get any solution.
