Due to bus vibration we cant able to sleep. Bcoz the vibration make headache for me. And old lady's are there they cant able to sleep it's make vomiting. If any heart patient travell in this bus that's it. We are all made payment for travell the travells Company much need to provide gud facilities so i kindly request u to check each and every buses whether it is proper condition. So make sure to check....

I onboarded srm bus on thanjavur today 13th as walk in and paid rs 400 for my travel from thanjavur to panruti.
The bus started around 12:20 pm and the driver started playing some double meaning local slum songs. When i asked to stop he behaved very rude against me.
