From Facebook I have seen a link for shopping. Just for curiosity I put my address & let it. Today an Ecart courier boy called me that COD product reached at my door step. Since no body at home he delivered it to my neighbor & I did the payment via phone pay of rupees 899. After 1 hr my family reached home & they opened that package. I had booked a service complaint for servicing my IFB washing machine on 16.11.2015 (complaint no[protected]. Till this complaint today i.e 19.11.2015 no service engineer has attended to the complaint inspite of my repeated telephone calls to IFB and the above said franchise. The franchise response is callous and lethargic. There is no responsible person even to respond the telephone calls....

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WE HAD AS A FAMILY IN OUR LIFE !!! REGULARLY BABYSITTER ATTENDED FROM THIS SO CALLED AYAH CENTER. THEIR BABY SITTER HAS USED THE BABY'S NAPPIES FOR HER OWN MONTHLY CAUSE. WHEN WE INFORMED MS. SMITI DE ABOUT THIS INCIDENT, SHE REFUSED TO ACCEPT IT & POSED US AS LAIRS. WE EXPECTED THEM TO TAKE SOME KIND OF CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN INSTEAD THEY INSISTED US TO CONTINUE WITH THE SAME BABY SITTER ELSE THEY WOULD...
